Cats are low and rats are high in this fun numbers game where least is best because the low hand wins. Four cards are dealt to each and players can peek at just the first and last. On each play a card is taken from the draw pile or the discard pile and used to exchange one of the cards in the player's 4 card set or discarded. Power cards help advance play by allowing peeks, swaps, and double draws. When a player thinks he has the cats to win the round, he knocks on the table with a "rat-a-tat cat". A little luck and a whole lot of memory makes for one happy cat. By Gamewright for 2-6 players, ages 6-11.
