Shipping Rates and Policies

Most shipments go by USPS Priority and take 2-3 days to deliver.  You can choose 2 day but the cost is high, and USPS suspends that service the week before Christmas. Occasionally we ship by UPS 3-Day Ground.  If you choose Standard Shipping, we will select the appropriate mode. Shipping charges are based upon merchandise total per ship to address using this formula: $12.00 + 12% of Merchandise Total. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands, add $15.00. Freight surcharges apply to heavyweight and/or oversized items and are included in the cost of the merchandise, as duly noted. Sorry, we only ship to U.S. addresses and cannot ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other nondomestic destination.  To save shipping expense, you can choose to pick up your purchase at any one of our 4 locations. We will notify you when you order is ready and ask for order # and receipt at pickup.

One Business Day Processing on Most In-Stock Orders
We know you want your order fast. That's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within one business day. Occasionally we are expecting merchandise momentarily so processing may take a day or two longer.

Order Processing and Shipping
We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost. When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we'll estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time (we call it the "Availability" time on the product page) and the shipping method you choose.
